I have a 10G NRZ data and want to get RZ data, how to get it done

Hi Buddy

I have a 10G data and 10G clk, want to get RZ signal data and duty cycle can adjust from 10% to 67%, so how to get it done using the high speed logic ICs? Any advise welcome, Thanks
