I cannot find Rabiner's paper.

I cannot find anywhere the paper "An algorithm for determining the endpoints of isolated utterances" from Rabiner and Sambur.

Can anyone upload it or point to it?

I really really need it.

Hello and thanks for the quick answer.

However this is not the paper, I downloaded it and it is just a paper that states the papers that are going to be presented at a conference.

Am I wrong? Perhaps I downloaded a wrong paper? Please tell me if this is the case.
