Voff: IS the offset Voltage of sine source. if you are simulation true AC source, this should be zero
Vamp: Peak amplitude of Sin source. Ex: For 110V line one should put 100*1.414
Freq: Frequency of source
Topen: Simulation time at which switch begins to Open
Tclose: Simulation time at which switch begins to close
