I want to learn quickly about RF in Ic package, do you have some good suggestion?
I just worked for this field.

Do you mean RF chip design eg MMIC or RFIC or you mean RF hybrid stuff ?? where you have a small circuit in a hermetically sealed,multi-leaded package??
 

No, I mean RF simulation and Analysis by some EDA tools, such as Ansoft. and I have to find the solution if the performance of IC package does not match customer's requirement.
