What algorithms are the best to implement a hybrid echo.. for acoustic echo its adaptive filter algorithms, but anyone knows anything about the cancellation of hybrid echo?
The same adaptive algorithms, for example Normailzed LMS (NLMS).
For hybrid echo (I assume you are speaking about near line echo) the impulse response is shorter than acoustic echo, then the filter length can be shorter and convergence is easier.
In the case of far line echo, the delay can be quite long and requires long lines and filter order.

I don't know if NLMS is the most used algorithm. But it is a good compromise between complexity and performance and, as long as I know, it allows to achieve ITU-T reccomendations.
