You want humming circuit?

Easy. Make an amplifier, turn the volume to the highest position, touch the input. You will produce hum.
If you want more hum, use a ac to dc powersupply with no ripple filter stage.

actualy i want to make a circuit which is use to record humming sound and transfer it into computer via bluetooth
