htc.h file missing in programing in PIC16LF1823

hey im new to this HI-Tech compiler were im getting error that htc.h file is missing i have searched at the folder were the compiler have been installed. But its not found. Can any one help me to solve this problem.

C:\Program Files (x86)\HI-TECH Software\PICC\9.83\include
This is the location of the htc.h file in my computer. Also check if you've checked "HI-TECH Universal ToolSuite" in the select language toolsuite in the project drop down menu. It should be HI-TECH ANSI C Compiler. Good luck.
 

Hello Mr. Richardlaishram.

dropdown.pngI couldn't find that in my system the location. As well as the drop down does not contain any HI-TECH ANSI C Compiler. I have attached the screen shots with this
