Hello everyone,

HSPICE newbie here and I just had a quick question regarding the temperature variance on netlist.

Question is basically how can you change the temperature during the simulation?

For example, at time 0ns I wish to simulate at temperature 30 Celsius, but then at time 700ns of the same simulation I wish to change that temperature to 90 Celsius! I did read some .dc analysis commands where you can sweep temperature, but I wish to do this in .tran analysis.

Also, .alter command would not work in my case because that would start a entirely new simulation.

Any replies would be very helpful,
Thank you very much!
Sincerely,
