Hi Guys,

In my SPICE .spi file, I have a NAND gate subckt by the name U1234.

This NAND gate is is defined in the .spice file and has multiple transistors, one of them being NMOS x1234.

How can I measure the voltage at the drain of this transistor in HSPICE?

The gate node is defined as A:1234 in the .spice file.

I am using the following code for getting the voltage:

Code:
.tran 1 ns 1000ns
.option post
.print v(U1234.x1234.A:1234)
I have also removed the .prot and .unprot from the .spice include file. Should I get a voltage value in the .mt0 file after I run HSPICE? Instead I am gettting the following warning:
"Invalid circuit pathname U1234.x1234.A:1234 found"

Any help is appreciated.
