Hspice model parameters for noise coefficient [hlp]

Some of MOSFET parameters have model parameters in Hspice; e.g. LV9 for threshold voltage.
I want to find Hspice model parameters for MOSFET noise coefficients (Flicker and thermal, kf , ...).
Do you know them?
