Hi everyone,
I am just simulation an DOMINO ckt in Hspiceusing TSMC 0.18 model .
In documents the W may vary from 1.5 to 8u, but as i m increasing w above 2.3 µ the tphl & tplh calculations failed, because the output in milivolts.
But in case of a simple inverter, it's working properly.
Help me. :!:

What for? Vth0 is a process parameter, I think...
The OP analysis should print all such a data for each device.

Use the alias like lv9(mn), or lv9(mp), to probe the thereshold voltage of mn or mp.

Vth0 is process parameter, it won't depend upon on design

Anyway, we can find this parameter in process datasheets. It depends on MOSFET dimensions... But for simple hand calculations it is not so important, I think?...
