Hspice error: rsppo not found

device geometries will not be checked against the limits set by
lmin, lmax, wmin and wmax. To enable this check, add a period(.)
to the model name(i.e. enable model selector)

**error** reference 0:rsppo not found
it was referenced in element 0:xr0
the line number was 32
.... please tell me how to remove this error.......
