how can I converte specture modles to hspice.
 

hmm, if I remember right, they are somehow compatible (the two big competitors are compatible with each other)
 

I'm affaid there's some problem in conversion of these two model.
 

IT'S DIFFICULT.YOU MUST understand each param mean
