I have a broken LCD panel of the LCD monitor HP w1907v. Where can I buy only the LCD panel?

The monitor is working but the panel was smashed!

you've better buy a complete working used 19" monitor, it will be surely cheaper than repairing this one ...
watch ebay for used 19" monitors, even this one there are some from time to time.

The LCD panel number is SAMSUNG LTM190M2-L31. Where can I buy it? Is it possible to buy it in Europe to avoid customs?

and you have labor to do to change it too...
