How2gen l!c for sl!ckEd!t with correct seed?

I have extracted the encryption seed of Sl!ckEd!t 8.0.(Win)
It is absolutely correct including the CRO key.
But I could never generate the correct license.
This is the only one exception for me to gen any lic for any win platform lic software as it.
anyone helps me?
 

what is its vendor name??/
