how vs/8 is coming? problem with understanding circuit

IN THIS HOW V1= VS/8 ? IS COMING ANY ONE PLEASE EXPLAIN.

how vs/8 is coming?

Exitation is Vs/4 with internal impedance of Zo.
Load is Zo.
V1 is nothing but voltage across Zo.
so the voltage across Zo will be Vs/8.
