Just to generate channel coefficient h according to the Rayleigh distribution, and generate received signal by the below equation
y = hx+n
where x is the modulated symbol and n is zero mean and variance N0 Gaussian distributed.
At the receiver, before executing the sum-product algorithm for LDPC codes, generate the bit-wise estimation from y for each coded bit at first. Then, nothing is different from the usual simulation for AWGN channels.
