how to write hardware MAC address in DM9000 eeprom in WinCE

dm9000 eeprom

Hi, Anyone has experience to do this task? How could I make use of the DM9000.dll functions?
The DeviceWriteEeprom() function may be useful. But what are the parameters needed?
Can it be done in BSP? Or can it be done by a WinCE program? What is the proper way?
Please hlep.
