hey there. I've been looking for some information on ECG over the forum but I can't find anything suitable for me on the subject...
does anybody have any material on how to work with an 1 lead ecg? and is it possible to obtain the curve with just one lead? or with a 1 lead monitor i can get just the beat rate?
I know I could get the heart beat rate with an IR led and I have done something with it already, but I need to get the curve also and it has to be using the fewer leads possible... has anybody worked with it?

thanks in advance

1 lead ECG

Most ECG circuits use a differential input (two wires) plus a 0V reference from one leg.

You cannot measure a signal with only one wire.

1 lead ECG

I recommend you:

Medical Instrumentation: Application and Design by John Webster.

Does anybody can upload it?

Re: 1 lead ECG

That would be nice if someone had this book.
