how to use ua723 voltage regulate IC ?

Is it possible to make a circuit that can regulate from 2V to 15V.
The datasheet provides circuit diagram that can either regulate
from 2v to 7v or 7v to 35v.

The LM723 can be easily used to regulate the output in a wide range of voltages, 2V-to-15V, for example, without changing configuration ..
Data sheets usually cover only basic features ..
In the case of the LM723 regulator you can do it in two ways:
- set the IN(+) to 2V dc by dividing Vref(=7.15V) as shown in the 2-7V example, and feed the output voltage through a potentiometer to IN(-), or ..
- divide the output voltage with fixed resistive voltage divider and feed it to IN(-) and vary reference voltage connected to IN(+) ..
