How to use P-CAD PCB format in Allegro 16?

I have a PCB design file in P-CAD format that I'm trying to convert to Allegro v.16. Allegro has a PCAD converter that takes PDIF file format (.pdf) but not the older PCB format (.pcb). Can anyone point me to where I can either import the PCB format to Allegro, or upgrade the .pcb to PDIF format? Thanks.

If You have acces to the version of P CAD that created the .pcb file, then export a odb++ or gerber files, and read them into Allegro.

If you RAR or Zip your PCAD file, and PM it to me, I'd be happy to try and convert it to PDIF for you as a favor for a fellow designer. I might even be able to convert it to Allegro 16.
