how to use Internal oscillator of 24ep512gu814

HI,
I need to check up my controller whether its running in a given frequency. So i calibrated with my external oscillator, but its not getting properly. So i decided to go upon with the internal oscillator. I dont know how to go with INTERNAL OSCILLATOR, I tried, i think my way is wrong, so its not getting output clearly. Kindly update the prog how to configure the Internal oscillator, what is the value of the internal frequency? Please help me in clearly with the sample code of your own compiler. Please mention the Frequency value of your oscillator design.

Sorry sir i tried but did not able to achieve or make the controller to work.

I am developing my code in mplab ide and compiled using ccs compiler. I tried the configuration bit settings in two ways. Firstly by using configuration settings in mplab and then by using #fuses tag in ccs compiler. In both ways i failed to make it.

So could you please able to post any sample code for PIC24EP512GU814 which uses internal oscillator (tell the frequency value) with its register values . It would be great if you give me in ccs c code format, otherwise its better too if you post the code for any mplab c or hitech c compiler format.

Kindly help me!!!
