how to use ECGPUWAVE? anyone with experience?

Hi..
My name is lina and currently im searching a method for QRS peak detection
and from my reading,
i happen to know that physionet tools have giving us some software to detect the qrs peak automatically
which is using the ECGPUWAVE

but when i try to download it, i get confused, of which file i have to download..
so anyone with experience here using this ECGPUWAVE,
pls help me?
