The problem is that there is no information in the datasheet which gives a basic circuit of that (like it was done when we use RC or crystal).

Click to expand... i know that, and i know that for some configuration the OSC2 pin could be used as I/O pin, but there is no information about OSC1 pin. The only point you may be possibly missing is a suggestion how to connect OSC1 in FRC mode. I presume it's no so important, but I would connect it to ground.
