Hi guys,
I have really little knowledge about RFPAs and I'm new to using ADS and I'm supposed to design a Class A RFPA using ADS. I understand that the very first step is to bias the transistor so that it works as a class A amplifier. But what I do not know is how to get the I-V characteristic curve using ADS. Say, I use an RF power transistor LDMOS PD84001, what are the steps i should take to plot it in ADS and place a load line on it. Please help.
