lef2plib

I'm studying Physical Compiler, but I didn't get *.pdb file from foundry. So, I wanna transfer LEF to PDB, and I get the Synopsys Online Help, but I don't know how to run the "lef2plib"! Would you like to share it with me? Thank you very much!

synopsys lef to pdb

I got the information that to run the "lef2plib" in the unix/linux shell environment, but the result is "Command not found!".
Where should I run the command? Thank you very much!!!

Thanks for everyone's attention, I'm successful!
I'll have more problems needing your's help in studying PhyC later, thanks in advance!

maybe the path is not set in you .cshrc or .bash
it is normally in your phyC installed direcory(in the bin directory)
