I have some problems in poly and metal density problem after DRC in Calibre. What solutions to these problems?

Thanks

check in tsmc website you have a separate runsets for metaldensity fill and poly density fill run those scripts to avoid density error..

it will have metal fill and poly fill ..

Hi,

You have to add dummy metals and poly in you circuit to avoid this, you should have a script provided by the fab to do this. Another point is that usually the dummy poly and metall filling are done on the chip integeration level, not on the block design level.
