Could you tell me how to simulate output noise voltage in Hspice. Is output noise voltage the Vout voltage when Vin=0v? And is this a AC simulation?
thanks!

I find a sentence from the manual:
.NOISE V(5) VIN 10

but I dont understand it, is V(5) a node that on what we want to see the noise?
and what does VIN 10 mean?

should I add another sentence: .ac ?

thanks

you need another sentence:.ac
v(5) is the output voltage, and the VIN is the input node,10 is the output number
