icfb tool

I have installed icfb 5141 on my laptop. But I found some differences from the ICFB that I used before, and I think it must have something to do with setup.

such as: when I use schematic composer, I want to draw a wire. Press "w" will popup a interactive window, showing wire's width/color/draw mode, etc. And the default color is grey. This is not I want. I want is: pressing "w" will directly let me to draw the wire with blue color, no popup of interactive window. And if I want to change the wire property, I can use "F3" button. How to setup to realize this function? is that in cdsenv file?
