How to set the solution frequency in simulating antenna?

Hi friends,
I want to simulate a multiple frequency antenna in HFSS,for example 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz,I hear that i can set solution frequency from 2.4GHz to 5.8GHz for simulation step by step.Anyone kindly tell me the process?

Thank you.Maybe i did not describe it clearly.I means after i set one frequency solution,how i can set another one?
