Does anyone know of a good reference or Web site on how to create and send Multi-Media Message Service (MMS) message from a PC using a mobile phone or mobile modem connected via RS-232 using AT-Commands?

i think mms is not possible using at comands

Maybe MMS is not possible, i'm not sure but you can transmit ur data by using gprs connection.
To connect gprs needed command is ATDT *99#
