how to send live stream of camera to PC using ethernet

Hi

I am doing a project in which I have spartan 3E FPGA. At input side of FPGA, I have cmos image sensor; and I want to transfer the stream of camera over ethernet to PC.

suggest me... how to go about designing such system?

Can we use webserver (with some modifications) for streaming data?
