How to select from Roger Material types and it's Design Rules??

hello every one.
My professor give my two different type of Rogers one with dielectric thickness of 0.020 inches and another with 0.008 inches (see attached pics). i have to select from one of them for 24 GHz range. i searched allot for the properties of these material but didn't find any satisfactory files.
also i would like to know
1. which kind of RF-connectors can b used for this range.
2. where can i find the design rules for this material and this range of frequency.
