How to route BGA package in PowerPCB?

I will design a high-density board that uses many BGA package,could someone kindly tell me how to implement the autoroute to route the BGA package?

Use river-routing feature if exists.

i am not sure the way to perform this in PowerPCB....i thing u have to do it manually.....
