How to repair the "S-reel Lock" error in Panasonic NV-DA1?

Hi,
I have a problem with my Panasonic NV-DA1. Sometimes I get Errorcode F02. I've learned, that it means "S-reel Lock". But how to repair?
So I'm looking for a service manual...

Anyone can help me?
