OSD menu problem?

hi,
i've a samsung 551v monitor, the OSD stuck on the screen how can i remove it?

hi my friend
replace IC 604 = 78L05
this is the regulator of 5V supply rail to MCU , if the output voltage of this regulator exceeds the 5V u will got this problem , so change it and hope this will solve ur problem .
