hello,

in the tsmc65nm technology, are there DW_library that includes the memory macros ready for use. I am using DC and try to use this kind of memory macros. I can find the IO/PAD .db files but I don't have that for memory references. I search solvnet, it seems that people use memory compiler from TSMC to generate memory macros. it's true? Can anyone detail the procedure about how to refer memory macros?

Thanks in advance.
