How to reduce series resistance of pip capacitor?

(1)a high aspect ratio ?
(2)metal over the top poly plate and along both sides of the bottom poly plate ?

I feel unsure.
 

Parallel connection (in metal) of oversquare segments
(wide in contact-row direction, short in current-flow
direction). Overstrap in a thicker metal.
