How to put lables on the board in eagle

Hi
I have eagle autodesk. I want to put labels like Vin, Vout, +5V, Gnd, Power.. Etc on PCB layout. I tried hard to find way to do that but I don't know how to do that on layout d
 

add the labels as text (upper case A in the tool icons)
right click, select properties and change the layer to 25 tNames or 26 bNames
you can also change the font size and tweak the loction
