How to program PS2 joystick control

I want to control something using PS2 joystick, but i do not know how to setup the program.
Its to complexs.

any body who have a program please help me. I want to control using pic16f877a or any PIC microcontroller. I prefer to use MikroC. Thank u

Hello!!!!
I want do the same thing...
I think you must use the comparator function from the pic...
I want control the movement of camera by Radio frequncy, and i was searching in the internet and the comparator function is the best way i think....
if someone has a better way i appriciate that...

Hi.

The PS2 controller uses SPI serial communication that you can find on 16F877A,plius an extra signal (ACK) that you can easily generate.

Thank you, for your anwser.

I dont have the intire pad, i remove only the joystick from pcb, nothing more.
that joystick has two potenciometers, and one switch, one potenciometer to left-right, and other for up-down.
Do you have other solution??
