How to program PIC16F877 with PIC Basic?

Hi,
I'm Doing a final year project, i choose to use PIC 16F877 as my Robot controller.
The problem is i'm not very sure how to program it. Anyone can show me a way? how can i learn more about programming a 16F877 with PIC Basic?

U Can Use:
Assembly language (Free Tool:MPLAb)
C Language (Commercial Tools: WinPic or Pic C compiler)
Basic. (google it)

For books, serch on edabord there is a lot of them.

My problem is that i tried to serch it in google, but i find nothing much useful for me. I just want to learn more in PIC basic, but it is really hard to get information. Any website that you know is useful?
