How to program for ARM processor ?

ARM processor

Hi all friend!
I'm a new comer on ARM processor. I don't known how to program for ARM, (Hardware and Software to program). If Arm processor have a Linux kernel, how to understand this kernel and program on it.

the best way is to search at www.arm.com
You can find many info ad links where produce devices whit arm and whic are the development tools.

Philips ARM
LPC2104 is good start for begin.
Like as AT89C51, Program with Flash Sram.
