How to produce this type of gate signals

Hello everyone. I have created a simulation of my project (using Matlab) as shown in the attachments.

As u can see in the simulation, the pulses shift with different phase shifts.
I would like to know how the gate signals can be realised or created in a real circuit. Thank you.
