 Electronic component always goes wrong because of exceeding junction temperature, that caused by two reasons:
1. the calorific power of itself is too high;
2. Filling with air in the electronic component that result in bad heat conductivity.
At present, there are not any ways to solve this problem except that removed air by silicone potting sealant in order to improve heat-sinking capability.

Optical potting sealant is a liquid adhesive used for encapsulating electronic component, there are three kinds of goods: optical silicone potting adhesive, epoxy potting adhesive and polyurethane potting adhesive. The property of silicone potting sealant is most good, superior modified ability which can deploy good thermal conduction. So silicone potting sealant can ensure the stability of electronic component and improve dielectric strength to resist moisture and salt mist.
