Through my friend I got this circuit for Solar Control Charger Circuit for 12V 20A stabilised Supply, but I want to modify to 24V 30 to 40A stabilised Supply, please give me the modified circuit or guide me how to modify to my requirement.. please kindly guide me..

24V have to be provided by the solar cell.

Modify Q2, D1 and TZ1 and the equivalent components in the "dump load switch" to support 24V and 40A.

Modify R1, R2, R3 and VR1 to obtain the same voltage (with 24V) at pin 2 of IC1 that you obtain with 12V.

I think it's enough, but you should try to analyze the circuit stage by stage. It isn't a difficult circuit.

just use two and diode the output in series then you have both 12v *2 capacity
or 24v * 1 each then has its own independant system
and at least your left with 12v if a problem occurs

and lets not be silly
