How to measure the parameter of ADC, such as DNL,INL and SNR

I want to design a PipelineADC and that have been complete , But I do'nt
know how to measure the dynamic param such as SNDR, SFDR, and DNL,
and INL. how to codeing to analysis above parameter?? Who can help me ??

You can use spice expolrer : in the tools menu, you have a good ADC analyzer to perform all the measurements you need.
I also heard that AnalogDevice has a tool on its web site...

I am designing a 6 bit flash adc in cadence. How can i evaluate inl and dnl. I think i have to write the digital output to a file. How to do that? Can matlab be used to evaluate inl dnl by importing the above file.
