how to measure the maximum value of 1000 times oscillation periods in hspice?

I can use the follow equation to get one time oscillation period, but if I want to get 1000 times periods, and then get maximum value during them. How can I do? thanks.
.meas tran tpg1 v(1) val=0.9 rise=1 targ v(1) val=0.9 fall=1
