how i measure the inl and dnl of pipelined adc at simulation level.
what force i apply at the adc input and in which mode i apply the input on the adc.

It will be a crazy work to test INL and DNL with simulation. The test need datas as many as possible that be handled in MATLAB. It need a long time to get several hundred thousand datas in simulation.
