The bandwidth of an op amp is measured as a diffrence between upper cutoff frequency & lower cutoff frequency.If u r working with simulators take 0.707 of the maximum value and find the upper & lower cutoff frequencies & measure.
I wonder how to measure real chip frequency response too, or how to use normal lab instruments to fulfill this job.
May be you can derived it from small step transient response of opamp's unit buffer application.
