i want to know the average power in ouput resistor? which command can meet the requirement in hspice netlist? thanks

In the hspice output netlist, there is voltage(current) description on the resistor.

An example:
.MEAS tran p1 AVG P(R1) from=10u to=20u
from and to are optional.
